Licensing and Assignments

Often an inventor or owner of an invention will want to either license one or more third parties to manufacture and/or sell articles protected by a patent and we are able to help in the preparation of such agreements. Usually ,the patentee will want to receive a royalty payment in exchange for allowing another party to manufacture and sell the product. Also a patentee may at some stage decide to sell his rights in the invention outright and once again we are able to help with the preparation of such assignments. Patents are not the only intellectual property that can be licensed or assigned; such agreements may involve Trade Marks, Registered Designs, Copyright, Design Right and knowhow.
