Nigel is a well experienced all round European and Chartered Patent Attorney and European and Registered Trade Mark Attorney having worked previously in the Birmingham area in private practice for some twenty years, handling all kinds of mechanical and electrical, electronic engineering and computer related inventions. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents. Nigel is also a Chartered Physicist and a member of the Institute of Physics and has an honours degree in Physics from Leicester University. He is also a member of Mensa.
Nigel is able to advise on all areas of Intellectual Property covering Patents for inventions, Registered Designs, Design Right, Copyright, Trade Marks, Passing Off, Licensing and Assignments of intellectual property rights, both at home, within the European Community and Internationally.
